We process and ship orders on business days (Mon–Fri, Beijing Time). Handling time is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship to overseas territories or military bases.

1) Shipping Regions

We ship to the regions/countries listed below. If your country is not listed, shipping may not be available—please contact us before placing an order (shop@decokee.com)

  • Asia: 7–15 (total delivery time: 9–20)

  • Europe: 7–15 (total delivery time: 9–20)

  • Middle East: 8–25 (total delivery time: 10–30)

  • North America (excl. US): 8–20 (total delivery time: 10–25)

  • Oceania: 8–25 (total delivery time: 10–30)

3) United States Shipping

Handling time: 2–5 business days
Transit time (business days): North America: 10–25
Rates (USD):

  • All orders → $10.00

No free-shipping threshold applies for U.S. orders.

4) Couriers & Tracking

We primarily use 4PX / Yanwen and their local partners (e.g., La Poste, USPS, DPD, Royal Mail, DHL eCommerce, etc.).
A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships. You can track your parcel here:

5) Taxes & Duties

Prices on DECOKEE do not include import taxes/duties. Any customs duties, VAT/GST, local handling or re-delivery fees are charged by your local authorities/carriers and are the recipient’s responsibility. Final taxes and shipping costs (if any) will be shown at checkout.

6) Lost or Unusual Packages

If your package is lost in transit, DECOKEE will assist with a replacement or refund after the carrier confirms loss. For address errors, refusals, or unclaimed parcels caused by incomplete/incorrect information at checkout, DECOKEE is not responsible. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

7) Shipping Delays

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier network constraints, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience unusual delays, please contact us at shop@decokee.com
