FAQ

Do I need a paid subscription to start using Quake?

No. You will receive 100 credits every month upon purchasing the Quake device. the 100 credits will be active while you login your account when using Quake dk-suite software.

What does my Quake subscription include?

It covers all AI-related features, including AI Meeting, AI Chat, Knob Voice Chat, AI-generated shortcuts, AI-generated wallpapers, AI emoji creation, and OpenClaw Chat. All these functions share the credits allocated in your subscription plan.

Does unused credits roll over to the next month?


No. Monthly plans reset on the 1st of every month. If you run out of plan credits near month-end, you can purchase standalone credit packs as a supplement.

How do I cancel, and what is the refund policy?

You can cancel at any time. click the cancel the subscript in your account. if you meet any issue of cancellation of subscption, please contact support@decokee.com

Can I use my own api-key to using Quake Software?

Apart from OpenClaw, all other Quake AI features do not support custom API keys. This includes AI Meeting, voice chat, shortcut generation, wallpaper generation, and more.
